During peak periods and the Sale, the processing of returns can take a little longer.
Are the items you received not to your satisfaction, or have you changed your mind? At Michaelis you can always return items free-of-charge within 14 days following date of receipt. Follow these simple steps for returning items:
1. Fill out the number of items you are returning on the return-form you received with your order.
2. Fill out the number of your reason for returning the item.
3. Include the return-form with the item you’re sending back.
4. Return the item in the original Michaelis packaging.
5. Pack the item in the originally delivered packaging.
6. Cover your own address details with the UPS label. Make sure the package is closed well.
7. Make your pick-up appointment at www.ups.com, or drop your package at an UPS access point or call the UPS Customer Service in your country.
8. Click on 'Schedule a Pickup' or 'Schedule a Collection' at www.ups.com and use the number on the pre-printed UPS label. You can find this number here.
The pickup address could be different then where you send it to in the first place.
9. Choose UPS Domestic Services: UPS Standard to schedule your return.
You will receive a confirmation email after your returned items have been received by the carrier and after they have been received by Michaelis.
The following conditions apply to returning items:
- Items that have been used cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag or sticker still attached.
- The return-form should be filled out completely and correctly and be included with the returned items.
Michaelis can require payment for items that have been damaged.
Refunds, by payment method
If you have returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded by the same payment method you used when ordering. See below for more information.
- Creditcard: the purchase amount is automatically returned to your credit card account within 1 to 4 weeks.
- PayPal: Refunds are automatically processed by PayPal.
- Bancontact/Mister Cash: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 business days.
- SOFORT Banking: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 4 business days.
- giropay: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 to 4 business days.
- iDEAL: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 business days.
Exchanging is unfortunately not possible. If you want to exchange an item for a similar item with a different size or colour, please return the item through our free return-service. Then place a new order on www.michaelis.eu.
